รายละเอียดงาน
1. Handle order processing in LOG by assuring orders/ shipping quantities match the documents through careful audit, assist to resolve variances.
2. Responsible for the preparation of shipping documents (e.g. packing list, delivery note and invoice...) via company ERP system
3. Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures
4. Monitor the compliance with delivery dates and quantities
5. Solve logistics and delivery problems in accordance with company policies and procedures
6. Handle customs clearance and import- and export declarations
7. Solve customs clearance problems in accordance with local rules and regulations
8. Coordinate shipments with all relevant departments and stake holders compliant with applicable processes
9. Monitor the performance of the logistics service providers (e.g. pricing, service and on-time delivery performance) and report for any non-performance
10. Follow the process and handling of company ERP system, report for any irregularities for adjustments
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in in logistics or related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in logistics for international customers (B2B)
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Thai, Able to work effectively under time pressure
