- Supervise and manage store renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee structural modifications, material selection, and finishing work for renovation projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety measures, and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, cost tracking, and approvals.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues, ensuring timely problem-solving.
- Optimize cost efficiency and resource allocation for each renovation project.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in construction, renovation, or site supervision, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
- Understanding of construction materials, structural modifications, and renovation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to coordinate multiple renovation projects efficiently and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
