Responsibilities: • Lead and support the relocation of production equipment from the Mexico facility to the Thailand site. ( Turret machine , Laser cut machine , bending machine and other concern sheet metal process) • Oversee machine disassembly, packaging, and shipping preparation in Mexico. • Coordinate with local and international teams on logistics, customs, and transportation. • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and engineering standards during relocation and reinstallation. • Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering teams and other cross function to ensure successful project execution. • Create and maintain detailed documentation (schematics, procedures, installation plans, risk assessments, commissioning sign off). • Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during machine reinstallation 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day (flexible work under discussion).

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in production engineering, project engineering, or machinery installation.
Strong background in production engineering or industrial projects.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally with internal teams
