รายละเอียดงาน
- Control and optimize daily production processes to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality PCB manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain process parameters, flowcharts, SPC controls, and related technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues while providing technical support to production teams and operators.
- Lead and participate in process improvement, APQP activities, and the adoption of new technologies or new processes.
- Prepare, analyze, and manage process data and reports, including documentation for customer certification boards and supplier information.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics production.
- Strong knowledge of PCB production processes (drilling, imaging, plating, AOI, solder mask, surface finish, testing).
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making ability.
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
