รายละเอียดงาน
1. Primarily responsible for managing and coordinating finance, human resources, administration, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), IT, and other functions of the Thailand factory.
2. Responsible for tax-related activities for the Thai factory, including the organization and management of the company’s tax documentation and daily tax filings.
3. Responsible for human resource management at the Thailand factory, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions.
4. Responsible for daily administrative operations, including managing official document filing, government communications, external receptions, handling various certificates and employee work visas, as well as overseeing catering, staff accommodations, cleaning, and security services, etc.
5. Other tasks assigned by Leader.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 5 years of relevant experience in finance
- Familiar with Thai financial and labor laws, EHS, and other relevant regulations.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to handle emergencies with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
