1)Oversee the overall operations and performance of the retail store, including sales, inventory management, and budgeting
2)Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and store presentation
3)Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies
4)Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
5)Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store and company-wide objectives
6)Implement visual merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales
7)Manage the store's finances, including cash handling, inventory control, and budget tracking
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably in the sporting goods or fashion industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Proficient in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive sales and profitability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Familiarity with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Passion for the sporting goods industry and a deep understanding of the Salomon and Wilson brands
