รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to address and resolve any discrepancies in stock or orders.
- Communicate order status updates, shipping delays, and other operational concerns to customers, ensuring transparency and clear expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and excellent service quality in the warehouse setting.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and team performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and better customer experience
ทำงาน: ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์)เวลาทำงาน (กะกลางวัน): 08:00 - 17:00 น.เวลาทำงาน (กะกลางคืน): 20:00 - 05:00 น.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics industry
- Experiences from Automotive Manufacturing Business will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping processes and order management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
