รายละเอียดงาน
1. Lead PE/ME/IE/TE PCBA engineering team including SMT, wave soldering and assembly. Be responsible for the preparation and revision of departmental procedural documents.
2. Responsible for arranging, supervising, guiding, training, and evaluating the performance of employees in the department.
3. Follow up on new product meetings, confirm new product information, summarize the trial production of new products, and track the progress of feasibility analysis and evaluation of new products.
5. Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to production, optimizing and improving production processes and procedures, reducing production costs, optimizing production processes, improving production efficiency and quality, thereby controlling and improving manufacturing costs.
6. Establish equipment ledger, maintain and upkeep equipment to ensure its normal operation.
7. Responsible for preparing customer quality audits, tracking problem areas, and improving production processes
8. Yield improvement projects that are on time.
9. Plans/Executes initiatives for continuous improvements to reduce the return rates.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or mechanical automation. Experience of electronics manufacturing services SMT, PCBA and mechanical assembly for 10 years.
- Familiar with TS16949 quality system.
- Proficient in using drawing software and office software.
- Strong organizational leadership and management skills, adept at interpersonal communication, capable of handling unexpected affairs, strong system work ability, and strong sense of work responsibility. Ability to optimize production processes and understand lean production. Have a deep understanding and application of automotive electronics technology, and strong product process development capabilities.
- Fluent in spoken English
