Location: Silom Head Office
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Enterprise Architecture (EA) consulting services, integrating business strategy, operating models, and technology capabilities to support public sector and organizational transformation goals.
- Provide Internal EA Services by establishing enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, governance processes, and capability roadmaps to ensure alignment across business units, digital platforms, data ecosyste ms, and infrastructure domains.
- Drive External EA Consulting Services for government agencies and stakeholder organizations, offering advisory, architecture design, and transformation planning to enable scalable, secure, and future ready public services.
- Oversee project management activities related to EA and digital transformation initiatives, including scope definition, architecture deliverables, timeline alignment, and risk governance in collaboration with Project Managers and PMO functions.
- Collaborate with technology partners, system integrators, and consulting alliances to design and implement digital platforms, shared services, and interoperability frameworks.
- Analyze emerging technology and public sector innovation trends to identify opport unities for service enhancement, cost optimization, and digital value creation.
- Ensure that all EA and transformation initiatives deliver measurable outcomes in service quality, operational efficiency, citizen experience, and long term institutional capabi lity.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Master s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA) MBA), Enterprise Arc hitecture, Information Systems , or a related
- Minimum of 3 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Digit al Transformation, or Technology Consulting, preferably within public sector, government services, system integration, or large scale enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in delivering both Internal EA Services (framework development, governance, cap ability mapping) and External EA Consulting Services (advisory, architecture design, transformation roadmap).
- Demonstrated experience in project management or transformation program delivery, with the ability to align architecture outcomes with project scope, timelines, and business value realization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent) and their application in complex organizational environments.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and digital technologies, including infrastructure scalability, system integration, data platforms, an d cybersecurity considerations.
- Experience engaging with government agencies, regulators, or multi stakeholder environments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving capabilities, with the ability to influence enterprise wide decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills, with the capacity to work effectively across executive, operational, and technical levels.

- เดินทางด้วย BTS ลงสถานีเซนต์หลุยส์ (ทางออกที่ 5 ด้านขวา) แล้วเข้าซอยสาทร 12 ที่จะเชื่อมกับซอยสีลม 11 โดยประตูทางเข้าบริษัทอยู่ก่อนถึงปากซอยสีลม 11 เล็กน้อย (เดินประมาณ 600 เมตร)
- เดินทางด้วย MRT ลงสถานีสีลม (ทางออก2) แล้วนั่งรถเมล์ฝั่งสีลมคอมเพล็กซ์ หรือเดินประมาณ 1.4 กิโลเมตร
- นั่งเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยามาลงที่ท่าสาทร (BTS สถานีสะพานตากสิน) และเดินมาขึ้นรถเมล์หน้าโรบินสันบางรัก แล้วลงที่ป้ายตรงข้ามวัดแขก (รถเมล์สาย 15 (4-2), 77 (3-45), 115 (1-45), 504 (1-18E), 4-68) ข้ามถนนมาฝั่งวัดแขกและเดินย้อนมาทางซอยสีลม 11 หรือเดินทางด้วย BTS มาลงที่สถานีเซนต์หลุยส์
- นั่งรถเมล์ลงที่ป้ายซอยสีลม 11 หรือป้ายตรงข้ามโรงแรมนารายณ์ บริษัทอยู่ติดถนนสีลมระหว่างซอยสีลม 11 และ 13
สายรถเมล์ที่ผ่านหน้าบริษัท ได้แก่ 15 (4-2), 76 (4-14), 77 (3-45), 115 (1-45), 163 (4-55), 504 (1-18E), 505 (2-24E), 514 (1-55E), 2-28, 4-35, 4-68
