RD&A Technician will work on meat end user market application system to grow meat and meat alternative business within region. In this role, Technician will collaborate, do the benchwork and process application of key development opportunities along with RD&A opportunity leads and align customer processes to meet their expectation in final finished products for end markets. Responsible to application lab, benchwork and equipment efficiency to align customer process. Work in close collaboration with RD&A team to transfer meat systems and ongoing efficiency improvements for customer processes. Co-ordinate pilot trials to implement processes and ingredients system developed by RD&A or other research groups as determined by the business. Assist the development of current practice in the most optimal way to meet the requirements of the business. Follow all SOPs and execute on small scale ingredient testing, process preparation and collecting data. Meat preparation of protocols, technical reports, standard operating procedure (SOP’s). Communicate effectively and interact with other groups within Kerry when necessary (commercial team/ marketing/ operation).

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or similar technical field
Internship in related field or applicable food processing and technology experience.
Good command in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
Some background in food science or chemistry, sensory, microbiology, food packaging systems and food processing preferred, ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
Problem solving, Positive attitude
Able to travel to customer trial run in domestic and aboard.
