Demand & Planning Lead
A leading global power tools and equipment company is seeking a dedicated Demand & Planning Supervisor to join their dynamic logistics and supply chain team in Thailand.
Package: 55,000 THB
Experience: 3-5 years specifically in demand planning/forecasting
What You'll Do:
- Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales insights
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
- Generate comprehensive demand planning reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning processes
We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Statistics
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically in DEMAND PLANNING (not general supply chain or production planning)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and demand planning software (SAP APO, Oracle Demantra preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC 550+ or equivalent speaking ability)
- Detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure
- Experience with S&OP processes and inventory management
