รายละเอียดงาน- Local Finance Team Management: Leading, planning, supervising, and developing the local finance team. This includes performance management, coaching, and building a high-performing team.
- Local Financial and Management Reporting: Establishing and maintaining financial processes and controls, providing timely and accurate financial reporting to support business decisions, managing budgeting and forecasting, and overseeing key accounting functions like accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Compliance with Local Laws and Statutory Obligations: Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and submission of statutory accounts and tax returns, managing external audits, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with various local regulations (insurance, legal, BOI, Free Zone, etc.).
- Support the Head Quarter (HQ) Financial Management: Facilitating communication and information flow with HQ, assisting with cost allocations, stocktaking, and performance analysis, advising on local regulations, and recommending system improvements.
- Implement Finance Policies and Procedures: Overseeing the implementation of group policies, adapting them locally, identifying and addressing control weaknesses, designing local procedures, and ensuring policy enforcement across the business.
