รายละเอียดงาน
1. Plan and control the maintenance of SMT and PCA machinery.
2. Analyze machine issues and improve machine operational efficiency.
3. Reduce downtime and increase machine efficiency.
4. Establish and update Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans, Work Instructions (WI), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for machinery.
5. Support the installation of new machinery, production trials, and production line relocation.
6. Analyze problem data and formulate improvement plans.
7. Control spare parts inventory and plan for spare parts utilization.
8. Coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers (makers) to resolve technical issues.
9. Train and develop the skills of technicians.
10. Support Lean, Kaizen (collaborative continuous improvement to reduce issues/waste and enhance operational efficiency), and 5S activities within the department.

💰 Financial Incentives & Allowances
1. Overtime Pay (OT): Calculated in accordance with labor laws and company policy.
2. Travel Allowance: 35 THB per day (Eligible when working more than 4 hours per day).
3. Diligence Allowance:
3.1) Month 1: 500 THB bonus for perfect attendance.
3.2) Month 2: 1,000 THB bonus for continued perfect attendance.
4. Salary Adjustment: Performance-based salary review upon completion of the 119-day probation period.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Equipment Engineering within the SMT/PCA industry.
- Knowledge of SMT machinery (such as Printer, SPI, Mounter, Reflow, AOI) or PCA equipment (such as Wave Solder, Selective Wave Solder, Router, and other PCBA production line machinery).
- Ability to analyze problems and implement improvement plans.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing reports.
- Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is highly preferred.
