คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong leadership with the ability to manage teams and handle urgent issues effectively
- At least 10 years experience in Human Resources , Business Administration or Related fields
- In-depth knowledge of HRM, HRD, labor laws, and various HR systems
- Strong strategic planning and team management skills
- Chinese: Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing at a business level (equivalent to HSK Level 5 or higher)
- English: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing at a business level
- Able to serve as an effective communication bridge between Chinese/foreign management and local staff
