Recruitment (Thai & Expat)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using various channels (job boards, agencies, social media, networks).
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of recruitment processes.
Visa & Work Permit Administration
- Manage visas, work permits, and other legal documentation for expatriates.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., BOI, IEAT, Immigration Bureau, Labour Department).
- Maintain accurate tracking and renewals of visas and permits to ensure full compliance.
Headquarter Coordination (China)
- Coordinate with China HQ on recruitment approvals, job offers, and onboarding processes.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and cross-border communication for expatriate employees.
- Prepare and translate documents where necessary.
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and control adherence to Thai labor law and internal company regulations.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures regularly.
- Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for compliance improvements.
Recruitment Policy Management
- Draft, update, and implement recruitment-related policies and SOPs.
- Train relevant stakeholders on recruitment policies and compliance standards.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company values and diversity goals.
