รายละเอียดงาน
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, commercial, and operation teams for assigned projects and service delivery.
- Act as a consultant for SAP Application Managed Services (FI, RE, MM, SD, CO, PP).
- Manage sub-contractors to deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.
- Provide project presentations, status updates, and milestone control.
- Track and log project details, prepare status reports for BU Head.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver SAP services.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, or a related field. (New grads are welcome)
- Experience in IT business consulting or related roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking with a proactive mindset.
- Good command of English (verbal & written).
- Able to work on-site (BTS Line, Bangkok).
