รายละเอียดงาน
1. Research Tasks
- Research Thai and global color cosmetic market trends
- Research raw materials and attend relevant seminars
- Propose new product concepts for customers
2. Product Development
- Develop color cosmetic formulas according to customer timelines
- Prepare and present product information, benefits, and analysis
- Propose concepts and claims per customer brief
- Coordinate clinical and efficacy testing
- Conduct stability testing and set product specifications
- Support Production and QC during product validation
3. Quality Procedure
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment in R&D
- Provide training for new joiners
4. Other Tasks
- Perform other assignments as required
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Science
- 1–3 years’ experience in color cosmetic product R&D
- Strong knowledge of color cosmetic raw materials and market trends
- Skilled in formulation development, lab management, and sensory evaluation
- Strong English communication skills (interview in English required)
