รายละเอียดงาน1、Responsible for the company's recruitment processes as well as the enrollment and withdrawal of social insurance and housing provident fund for employees.
2、Responsible for handling employee relations within the company (including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and related tasks).
3、Responsible for organizing employee training programs and following up on their progress.
4、Responsible for managing employee attendance and timekeeping.
5、Assist colleagues from the HR department of the China headquarters in formulating and collecting performance evaluation materials for employees of the Thailand company.
6、Responsible for maintaining the company's office facilities and work environment.
7、Coordinate with headquarters on HR and administrative tasks.
8、Monitor local HR and administrative regulations in Thailand, and adjust company policies accordingly.
9、Additional duties as directed by management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in both Chinese and Thai (writing and speaking).
- At least 1 year above working experience in HR&administrative.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, combined with excellent teamwork abilities.
- Thai-Chinese or Chinese candidates with long-term residency in Thailand are preferred.
