รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible to implement the post-sales technical support in relation to Machine Tools, including installation, repair and maintenance, for both preventative and corrective maintenance, in accordance with Company’s Policy & Operating Standards.
2. Perform all trouble shooting with clients with the objective to ensure proper quality service delivery is provided to the clients.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field etc.
- at least 3 years of experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or similar role.
- Understanding CNC machinery mechanics and electrical. (Fanuc control for electric support )
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills. (PLC troubleshooting for electric support )
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and electric diagrams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Flexibility for Oversea traveling / Open for weekend working in special cases
- have own car and driving license
