- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding.
- Review and enhance performance evaluation frameworks, such as KPI-based systems, to improve fairness, clarity, and alignment with company goals.
- Redesign sales incentive structures to better motivate the sales team and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain and revise HR policies in compliance with Thai labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll, time attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Partner with department heads to support talent planning and organizational development.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for HR-related regulatory matters.
- Supervise General Affairs (GA) staff-administrative tasks are handled by a dedicated GA team member, while this role focuses on management and oversight.
- Lead and support continuous improvements in internal systems and structures.
