รายละเอียดงาน
**Able to work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
1. Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs for smooth export operations.
3. Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
4. Maintain accurate shipping records and update internal systems.
5. Communicate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, production) to align on schedules.
6. Ensure compliance with international trade and export regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping/export documentation.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs/export processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good command of English; Chinese language is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
