รายละเอียดงาน
- Review the BOM and participate in meetings with the product development team to plan the production process.
- Analyze and create sewing operation steps based on design sketches using the GSD system to calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value).
- Update SMV and production data at each stage (1st, 2nd, CFM, PPS) and share the information with the ERP, Sample, and Costing teams.
- Calculate thread cost using the Seamwork program for cost estimation and purchasing purposes.
- Create and update One Point Lessons (OPL) for use in the production process and coordinate with the IE team to prepare machinery.
- Inspect and follow up on production process issues (SMS), improve SAM values, and audit GSD to ensure alignment with actual production line operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile, Apparel, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the garment or apparel manufacturing industry
- Proficient in basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and production-related tools
- Able to communicate in English at a functional level
- Strong sewing skills and ability to document sewing operations clearly
