รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple project tasks to meet business goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to resolve project issues and deliver optimal solutions.
- Maintain continuous communication with business users, technical teams, and external vendors for smooth project execution.
- Oversee system and software development activities, ensuring project plans are effectively scheduled and executed.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Ensure deliverables meet functional and technical requirements as agreed upon with stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in project management, specifically in IT system/software projects.
- Proven ability to lead project teams, manage resources, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project).
