Responsibilities
• Monitor process quality and trends.
• Improve process variation and maximize production ability by using an engineering approach with optimization, innovation, and logical thinking.
• Implement and improve the efficient out-of-control action plan (OCAP) for both KPIVs and KPOVs to maintain the process.
• Improve product quality and minimize escaped defects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company rules/RBA and restrictions of all ISO systems.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of root cause analysis tools (5 Why, Fishbone).
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (Solid works, Auto CAD)
- Knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assemble (DFA) principates.
- Experience with DOE. FEA analysis or automation system is a plus.
