รายละเอียดงาน1.Responsible for building and improving the recruitment function management system, including related systems, processes, manuals and forms;
2.Responsible for building and perfecting the online and offline channel resources for talent recruitment, to ensure that these channel resources can guarantee the immediate recruitment of talents based on the current demand as well as the front-end recruitment of talents based on the future demand;
3.Responsible for building and improving the team capacity of the recruiting department/recruiting function (including part-time and full-time), so that the team capacity can be sufficient to deal with the different levels of talent recruitment needs in the country or region;
4.Responsible for leading the team to implement the recruitment activities of blue and white-collar employees, and constantly optimize and innovate the strategies and methods from talent demand to talent onboarding in all aspects, to ensure that the recruitment of talent on schedule;
5.Responsible for the annual management activities of the recruiting department/recruiting function, including budgeting and management of pre-factories, preparation of guidelines and plans and review of implementation, evaluation and development of operational efficiency and effectiveness, team management and team development;
6.Responsible for promoting the construction of information technology platform according to the deployment of the Group, and continuously introducing digital and AI tools;
7.Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
1、负责构建并完善招聘职能管理体系,包括相关的制度、流程、手册及表单等;
2、负责构建及完善人才招聘的相关线上、线下渠道资源,确保这些渠道资源能保障基于当下需求的人才即时招聘以及基于未来需求的人才前置招聘;
3、负责构建及完善所在招聘部门/招聘职能的团队能力(包括兼职、全职的),使团队能力能足够应对所在国家或地区的不同层级的人才招聘需求;
4、负责带领团队实施蓝白领员工的招聘活动,并不断优化及创新从人才需求到人才上岗的各环节策略与方法,确保人才招募的如期达成;
5、负责所在招聘部门/招聘职能的年度内管理活动,包括预算编制与预实管理、方针计划编制与执行回顾、运营效率及效益的评估与发展、团队管理与团队发展等;
6、负责根据集团部署,推进信息化平台建设,不断引入数字化及人工智能工具;
7、上级主管交办的其他事宜。
