รายละเอียดงาน
•Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely completion of jewelry orders.
•Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams including casting, setting, polishing, and quality control.
•Monitor workflow and productivity, providing suggestions for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
•Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Coordinate with the Factory Manager on resource planning, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
•Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards throughout all production stages.
•Assist with inventory management and raw material usage tracking.
•Help resolve production issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and address delays.
•Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness policies in compliance with company and legal standards.
•Train and support production staff, ensuring skill development and adherence to operational procedures.
•Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation for internal and client review.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven expertise in jewelry production processes and quality control standards.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in production management, preferably in jewelry or high-end/luxury goods manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (optional).
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- English communication skills
