รายละเอียดงาน- Lead and mentor the Application Support team, ensuring best practices and high service standards.
- Manage and oversee application support operations, consulting on software functionalities and application optimization.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of enterprise systems including Kissflow, F1 etc.
- Support core business systems such as ERP front-end, MS Office 365, email, and POS applications
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, network systems, and POS systems at both HQ and retail store locations
- Develop and maintain documentation for issue resolution, operational procedures, application workflows (Knowledge Base), standard operating manuals (WI) and SOP
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure that application solutions meet operational and strategic business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Support Manager.
