รายละเอียดงาน
1. Translation of documents, interpreting, and translating meetings
2. KPI Management: Responsible for setting and monitoring the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of teams and departments to ensure that each task is carried out according to the set goals.
3. Investment Assistance: Assist the team in analyzing investments and provide advice on market research and investment opportunities.
4. On-site Inspection Tracking: Regularly inspect the operations at actual sites to ensure that various projects are executed according to the planned schedule.
5. Meeting Management: Responsible for organizing meetings both within the department and cross-departmental to ensure smooth conduct and timely follow-up on meeting outcomes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese language or related field is required.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required. Candidates with experience in investment analysis or project management will be given special consideration.
- Strong communication and coordination skills are required. Ability to work smoothly within a team is essential.
- Knowledge of KPI management tools and related work processes is required.
- Fluency in English will be an advantage and will be given special consideration.
- Ability to work under pressure is essential.
