Key Responsibilities:
- Draft store-related interior and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) layouts using AutoCAD.
- Prepare construction cost estimates for interior and M&E works.
- Conduct on-site surveys and collect project-related information.
- Organize and archive architectural and system drawings.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- - New graduates are welcome to apply!
- - Vocational certificate (higher level) or Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related fields
- - Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of M&E systems is a plus.
- - Good understanding of relevant standards and installation guidelines.
- - Able to manage documentation and data clearly and efficiently.
- - Effective communicator and a proactive team player.
