- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, funnel metrics, and business performance to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product teams to define and track KPIs and success metrics for new and existing features.
- Support strategic decision-making through market research, benchmarking, and financial modeling.
- Build dashboards and automated reports to monitor business and product performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations, etc.) to design and execute A/B tests and experiments.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify user pain points, conversion bottlenecks, and growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative research.
- Drive continuous improvement in our analytical processes, tools, and data quality.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3-4+ years in strategy roles — ideally at a top-tier consulting firm or fast-scaling tech startup.
- Strong fluency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Ability to build financial models, cohort analyses, and marketplace growth frameworks.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, CAC/LTV, and contribution margin.
- First-principles thinker with an obsession for clarity and impact.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A translator between numbers and business strategy.
- Familiarity with web/app analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Confident working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
