รายละเอียดงาน- Lead company-wide analytics and insights planning using data to prioritize key initiatives across categories and verticals.
- Build and maintain growth models to simulate different paths to NMV/GMV targets (monthly/quarterly).
- Partner with Category Leads, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Ops to identify which levers drive the most Growth/ROI.
- Develop and continuously improve forecasting, pricing, and retention models.
- Analyze supply and demand liquidity to identify marketplace inefficiencies.
- Mentor analysts, or build a small Strategy & Analytics team as Sasom grows.
