Responsibility
1.Research and apply new technologies to support the team's work and the production line.
2.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow standardization, automation, and process optimization.
3.To develop new Equipment and new KARAKURI to support the production line.
4.To create an action plan & improvement activities of safety, quality, cost down, productivity & environment.
5. Responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the company’s goals.
6.To analyze the problem, take countermeasures & create corrective action plan.
7.Machine Preventive maintenance
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Thai nationality, Age 25 years old up
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, IE, or related field of engineering
- experience in production innovation 1-3 Years.
- If you know the action plan & improvement activities of safety, quality, cost down, productivity & environment, it will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI applications in manufacturing and process optimization.
- Kaizen and Continuous improvement Techniques
