The Factory General Manager oversees the manufacturing operations of our Thailand facility. Reporting directly to the Director, this role is pivotal in achieving the company's overall objectives. Responsibilities include managing plant operations to meet production, quality, and financial targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily plant operations and production activities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing management team to enhance employee engagement.
- Develop and oversee profit plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company objectives.
- Monitor plant performance for production and quality standards.
- Control and reduce labor costs, premium freight, and overhead expenses.
- Provide guidance and training to department heads.
- Lead problem resolutions to drive improvements and enhance working relationships. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in production management, engineering or related field.
- More than 10 years’ experience at the management level & at least 5 years in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or overall factory management position.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and maintenance.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, compliance standards, industry regulations, and experience in driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and Chinese or Thai and English. Proficiency in three languages is desirable.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
