- Gather AI-related requirements, ideas, and pain points from cross-functional teams.
- Conduct research and Proof of Concept (PoC) studies to explore potential AI applications.
- Translate business requirements into actionable, AI-driven solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot deployed AI models in production.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, research papers, and industry trends.
- Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge AI advancements for core products and internal platforms.
- Drive AI adoption and foster innovation within the organization by proposing and implementing new ideas.
- Develop agentic pipelines, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and context management systems.
- Build and maintain backend services using Python (e.g., FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) and Rust (Axum).
- Train and fine-tune machine learning models (e.g., BERT, LLMs, VLMs, TTS, Reinforcement Learning, TRL, PyTorch).
- Design and implement data pipelines (e.g., Dagster, cron jobs).
- Manage model deployment and serving infrastructure (e.g., LLM, Triton).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Strong foundation in software engineering
- Solid programming and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python; experience with Rust or other systems languages is a plus
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience with LLM and NLP frameworks/tools (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, TRL, LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (e.g., TRL, RLHF, PPO) is a strong plus
- Experience in building and maintaining APIs/services (e.g., FastAPI or similar frameworks)
- Familiarity with model serving infrastructure (e.g., vLLM, Triton) and data pipelines is a plus
- Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, or agentic workflows is a plus
- Passion for learning, reading, and research
- Enjoy diving deep into complex concepts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
