รายละเอียดงาน
-Establish and maintenance IATF16949、management system
-Responsible for optimize procedure, Monitor the operation of IATF16949、management system， report the situation to management team
-Responsible for assisting department managers, directors/general managers in organizing management reviews, setting company goals, and ensuring decomposition at various functional levels
-Responsible for organize internal audit( system、process and product), accompany customer audit and third party audit， organize root cause investigation、Action develop and follow up
-Responsible for deal with customer complaint and feedback 8D report
-In charge of documents management
-Coach subordinate and evaluate their performance
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fluent in English (as Thai) or fluent in Thailand (as Chinese)
- BS Degree in mechanical or metal materialFamiliar with machining and casting process
- Familiar with IATF16949 、management system
- Familiar with customer special requirements and customer website
- Familiar APQP\FMEA\PPAP\SPEC\MSA and other quality tools
- With experience on establish IATF16949 management system, More than 3 years experience on system management
