Manage the entire recruitment process from understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management and onboarding for a variety of IT roles.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, internal databases, and referrals to identify and engage passive and active IT candidates.
Conduct thorough phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation for working in an outsourcing environment.
Work closely with sales team to understand specific requirement needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records all recruitment activities.
