รายละเอียดงาน
1. Manage & Control manpower for daily production plan achievement.
2. Production machine or equipment Trouble shooting
3. Quality problem root cause analysis & Countermeasure.
4. ISO 9001 & ISO14001 System maintain and 4M change control.
5.Production daily & Monthly report summary.
6 Maintain 5S & Safety workplace in production line.
7.Continuous improvement for machining process, Quality, Productivity.
8.Production section consumable, Spare part, expense control.
9.Cutting Tool & Tool life control.
10. Other jobs assigned from manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male age 32 – 38 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production Technology or related
- Experience 5 years in Manufacturing field (Machining process is advantage) (Brother, Fanuc, Tongtai Takisawa,Takamaz ,Mori Seiki,Citizen Cincom & Tsugami)
- Language skill : Good command in English (Basic skill of Japanese is advantage)
- Computer skill : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Knowledge in Root cause analysis ,Systematic thinking ,Kaizen , OEE ,QCC
- Mechanical Part Drawing GD&T (CNC Program is advantage) .
