About the job:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to deeply understand user pain points and desires.
- Contribute to the creation of product requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Work closely with product designers, software engineers, and other departments to translate requirements into tangible product features.
- Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring features align with strategic goals.
- Support the analysis of product performance metrics and user engagement data to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.
- Help maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, release notes, and user guides.
- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and mentorship opportunities to continuously learn and develop your product management skills.
- Help with user testing by taking note and observing how real users interact with the product.
- Support basic feature testing to check product functionality.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and understanding how products are built and evolve.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies is a plus.
