Warehouse On-Site Operations Management 1.Set, track, and analyze warehouse KPIs (on-time receipt, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, delivery accuracy). Push third-party teams to improve. 2.Supervise warehouse safety, 5S practices, inventory checks, and standard operations of third-party teams. 3.Monitor third-party issues such as low efficiency, high turnover, and key staff changes. 4.Coordinate with regional and HQ teams to share system updates and provide training. 5.Identify and summarize process improvement ideas and on-site innovations. 6.Support management in verifying and checking monthly cost settlements with third parties. Cross-Department Coordination 1.Procurement – Handle return issues and receipt exceptions. 2.Stock Control/Supply Chain – Plan inventory and meet business needs. 3.Carriers – Coordinate capacity and delivery scheduling. 4.Stores – Resolve discrepancies and manage documentation. 5.Technical Support – Report and follow up on system issues. 6.System Planning – Handle system bugs and suggest improvements. 7.Finance – Confirm site loss/gain reports and service fee settlements. 8.Quality Control – Provide reports and track issue assessments.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Education: college degree or above
Professional experience: More than 2 years of experience in large-scale warehouse management,
Familiar with ERP, WMS, OFFICE operations.
Experience in team management of more than 10 people
BigC, Lotus, and other large supermarket warehousing work experience is preferred
Able to Speak in English
