รายละเอียดงาน1. Monitor and inspect inhouse production process to ensure quality consistency.
2. Join team to Investigate internal non-conformance issues and coordinate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Handle customer claims and complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective action reporting (8D, 5Why, Fishbone).
4. Communicate directly with customers regarding product quality concerns.
5. Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Engineering / Maintenance teams to resolve customer quality issues.
6. Provide quality-related technical support during customer audits or visits.
7. Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 compliance activities.
8. Coordinate and conduct product testing as per TISI requirements.
