2.Assist in the specific administrative tasks related to recruitment and employment, including issuing job postings, collecting and summarizing applicant materials, arranging interview personnel, and tracking the status of interview candidates.
3.Manage labor contracts, handle employment and resignation procedures, as well as employee payroll and attendance settlement.
4.Manage employee information and various personnel records.
5.Responsible for providing human resources support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
6.Implement company rules and regulations and handle employee rewards and penalties.
7.Help establish positive employee relations, coordinate relationships between employees and management, and organize various employee activities.
8.Recruit quality personnel to work for the company.
9.Liaise with external government agencies related to human resources, such as social security bureaus, tax authorities, police departments, hospitals, etc.
10.Other tasks assigned by management.
