Duties & Responsibilities:
•Operate and manage forging processes using multi-die former machines and forging press machines.
•Interpret engineering drawings and ensure manufacturing processes meet required specifications.
•Perform quality checks using calipers and other precision measurement tools.
•Manage tooling (dies), monitor wear, and initiate reorders and improvements in cooperation with the Chief.
•Supervise and guide sub-leaders and operators on the shop floor.
•Ensure adherence to safety and ISO standards.
•Support troubleshooting and improvements in cooperation with the Thai Chief and Japanese Manager.
•Participate in department improvement initiatives and lead on-the-ground execution

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday Saturday Working: once or twice a month)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 28-35 years
- Male Gender
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical college
- At least 2 years of experience in forging press or metal stamping processes using dies.
- Knowledge of ISO quality and safety standards.
- Physical strength and willingness to work in a hands-on production environment.
- Experience with multi-die former machines will be preferable.
- Experience in automotive parts manufacturing will be preferable.
- Leadership experience in a production environment will be preferable.
- Experience of using measuring tools such like calipers will be preferable.
- Strong, hands-on individual with willingness to grow technically.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and physically fit for site-level work.
- Ability to learn and adapt to complex machinery and process flow.
