Job Summary:
As the HR Manager, you will lead all human resources functions with a strong focus on managing visa and work permit processes for foreign employees. You will act as the liaison between the company, government agencies, and employees to ensure full legal compliance. In addition, you will support broader HR initiatives including onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees, including initial applications, renewals, cancellations, and reporting.
- Liaise with the Immigration Bureau, Department of Employment, and Board of Investment (BOI) to ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met.
- Track and maintain an up-to-date database of visa and work permit statuses, expiration dates, and deadlines.
- Provide guidance to management and foreign staff on immigration regulations, visa types, and compliance.
- Coordinate with legal and external service providers regarding complex or urgent immigration cases.
- Oversee employee onboarding and exit processes with special attention to foreign employees.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, timekeeping, benefits administration, and staff welfare activities.
- Prepare and submit reports related to work permits and visa renewals to management and authorities as needed.
- Monitor and interpret changes in labor and immigration regulations to ensure proactive compliance.
