รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide product training and technical support to sales, marketing, dealers, and customers
- Inspect and verify air conditioner installation, start-up, and commissioning on-site
- Summarize test results and report to supervisor
- Create customized presentations and explain product benefits to customers
- Conduct off-site training for technicians in provincial areas
- Oversee service quality and repair turnaround time in assigned areas
- Advise service centers on technical issues and repair solutions
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air conditioning service
- Strong knowledge in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems
- Hardworking, responsible, and reliable
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Willing to travel for on-site service
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
