- Responsible for monitoring Khmer agents
- Monitor performance and coach Khmer agents to achieve SLAs.
- Thorough data analysis, feedback problems & handling necessary escalation, and forming a quality inspection report for Khmer Team.
- Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant operation needs.
- Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform of Khmer Team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience in Content Moderator, QA Contact Center
- Able to communicate English and Khmer
- Able to work on shift
- Can work both as an individual and as a team
- Good at analytic skill & coaching
- Have an action strategy to develop agent
- Able to work onsite Chiang Mai
