The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCB sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the electronics manufacturing sector. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders
1.Develop and execute a strategic sales growth plan in Thailand's PCB industry, identifying key customer segments.
2.Build a robust new business pipeline through proactive lead generation, networking, and strategic partnerships in order to achieve the annual sales targets.
3.Identify new opportunities, market gaps, and competitive advantages. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and generate leads.
4.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5.Drive new projects successfully from Request For Quotation (RFQ) stage to mass production.
6.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
7.Structure competitive pricing, negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers.
8.Manage customer relationships proactively to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
9.Effectively communicate the unique selling points of the company.
