รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end development of new flexible packaging products
- Initiate and implement forward-thinking packaging technologies, sustainable materials, and process improvements that align with market trends.
- Identify and evaluate new raw materials, work with suppliers to source quality materials and testing to set standards of quality
- Monitoring and control budget effectively, optimize resource allocation
- Problem solving and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and success new product development
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, any gender, age not over 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or a related field.
- 10 years of experience as R&D role
- Minimum 3 years of experience in film blowing machine
- Strong understanding of raw material, chemical and polymer, product testing methodologies, and quality standards
- Skilled in managing multiple R&D projects, including planning, budgeting, troubleshooting, lead and inspire a team of researchers or product developers
- An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
