Key Responsibilities: Production Responsibilities: 1.Monitor daily production operations to ensure output meets quality and quantity standards. 2.Analyze production performance data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction. 3.Develop and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing workflows. 4.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control, supply chain) to ensure smooth production planning and scheduling. 5.Support new product introductions by preparing production lines, equipment, and procedures. 6.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during production operations. 7.Maintain production documentation, such as work instructions, reports, and logs. Maintenance Responsibilities: 1.Plan and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. 2.Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns to ensure minimal disruption to production. 3.Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed. 4.Record and analyze equipment performance data to predict failures and extend asset life. 5.Coordinate with contractors or external technicians for specialized maintenance tasks. 6.Develop and update maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 7.Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations. ________________________________________ Other Duties: •Participate in root cause analysis for production or maintenance issues. •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). •Train or guide production operators and technicians on equipment use and maintenance best practices.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
1–3 years (or more) of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance engineering role.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workflow optimization.
Familiar with preventive maintenance programs, equipment diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, machine manuals, and engineering specifications.
Comfortable with using Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems for documentation and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Proficiency in Thai (native or fluent).
Basic to intermediate English reading and writing skills (for technical documents/manuals).
Able to work in shifts or on-call, depending on production schedule.
