1.Skills of training people (Quality,Safety,CNC, Machining, Assembly，Lean manufacturing ect.) 2.Organize production weekly meeting, make production plan and complete production tasks on time 3.Manage machines to ensure their capability and capacity in close collaboration with maintenance department 4.Manage material flow in between production steps to ensure material safety, process efficiency, identification and traceability in collaboration with Quality and Finance 5.Responsible for blue collar's attendance management and performance evaluation 6.Responsible for product delivery management 7.Other tasks assigned by the leader

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Over 2years manufacturing experience in a machining shop with CNC lathes and milling machines
Good knowledge in programming CNC lathes and milling machine , good knowledge in CAD preferred
Strong communication and leadship skills in front of operators
Be able to prioritize multiple tasks
Associates degree in manufacturing is a plus
