Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and customer engagement for our range of industrial products, including loading equipment, HVLS (High-Volume, Low-Speed) fans, and industrial doors. Our primary customers include cold storage facilities, food processing plants, warehouses, and fruit processing centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate leads and manage sales via phone, email, online platforms, and cold calling
- Prepare and send product information, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and close deals
Customer Communication & Relationship Management
- Provide customers with accurate product details, technical specifications, and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
- Technical Coordination
- Understand and explain basic technical concepts and shop drawings to clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are proposed
Order Management
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare, schedule, and deliver customer orders
- Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to clients
- Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
After-Sales Support
- Assist in resolving product, installation, or delivery issues
- Coordinate with the installation and service teams to support customers
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback
