1. Financial Planning & Budgeting • Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts. • Monitor cash flow, ensure sufficient liquidity, and optimize the company’s financial resources. 2. Accounting Management • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local accounting standards (e.g., TFRS). • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements: profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow. • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records. 3. Team Leadership • Manage and supervise the accounting and finance team to ensure effective performance and continuous development. • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance on accounting and finance issues. 4. Tax & Compliance • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to tax filing and accounting practices. • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax submissions (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.). • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant bodies. 5. Reporting & Analysis • Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions. • Present insights on financial performance, trends, and variances to senior management. 6. Risk Management • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Experience in the Service Industry and Multi-Branch Business Management
Understanding of corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax regulations.
Proficiency in using ERP systems (MAX Force) and accounting software.
Ability to analyze financial statements, costing, and business performance.
Good command of English communication, both written and spoken
