รายละเอียดงาน
-Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that products are produced on time, meet quality standards, and within budget.
-Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements, Maximizing the line availability to support best possible output.
-Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in product demand or production capacity.
-Engage with planning to optimize the production schedule every week in order to maximize unit line availability.
-Deliver cost per case improvements driving productivity projects every year that will mitigate the inflationary pressures.
-Ensure that the skill count is prioritized over headcount to be able to increase number of cases per hour worked.
-Issue effective and clear instructions through the line leaders.
-Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.
-Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high engagement.
-Prepare and manage the unit’s budget, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
-Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to address variances.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science or related fields.
- Experience working in factories of foods, beverages, or pharma multinational companies for at least 10 years.
- Supervisor management level experience of at least 5 year.
- Attention to quality and continuous development
- Development of personnel capabilities in the organization
- Dedication to the success of the organization
- Excellent command of English communication
- Be able to work in Pathumthani Plant
